•Be respectful to all players and other staff members.
• Do not harass users or other staff on the server.
• Do not abuse admin commands.
•Do not exploit bugs you have been told about.
• Deal with sits approitenty and with care.
• You must have a sit before warning a player
• You can't handle your own sits unless you are the only staff member online.
• No RPing/Roleplaying on duty.
• Use logs when doing sits to help you with determining ruling.
• Do not disrespect anyone. If someone's being annoying just mute/gag them.
• Do not noclip while off duty.
• Do not interrupt other players' RP when on duty.
• Do not share information or chats from staff meetings.
• Take sits on roofs or admin areas.
• Do not ask for promotions, promotions are given when certain goals are met. Strike System
Strikeable Offences:
• Breaking server rules
• Meeting Warning limit
• Flying into a base without a valid reason.
• Asking for promotions.
• AFK on duty (For a prolonged period)
• AFK in admin areas.
• Dealing with a situation involving yourself if other staff are online.
• Abusing admin powers. (Off and on duty)
• Player/Staff disrespect.
• Mass rule break.
• Inactivity.
People who can Strike:
• Owner - Can Strike and Demote any Rank
• Co-Owner - Can Strike and Demote Developers and Lower Ranks
• Community Manager - Can Strike Sr-Admin and Demote Lower Ranks
• Sr-Admin - Can Strike and Demote Admin and Lower Ranks
• Admin - Can Strike Jr-Admin and Lower Ranks (Can Not Demote)
Strikes may be removed after 2 months if there are no other reports or if management sees improvement.Staff Promotions
Rules for promotions
• Staff promotions are given out when after goals have been met and from feedback from the community/other staff members.
• Do not ask to be promoted (This will get you striked as well as a longer wait to be promoted)
• Promotions can be taken away if a staff member is stricked within 2 weeks of the promotion date.
• If you have any questions about promotions please ask a community manager or higher.
Staff Meetings
Staff meetings are held each Saturday at 8 pm (GMT), These meetings are to discuss things related to the server, any ideas or improvements you have, promotions of staff and to introduce new stuff.

• If a staff member is unable to attend a meeting inform a senior member of staff.
